WELL – let me share a few things with you that I learned from spending time with him in Mexico. ![]() I really didn’t understand Phase 2 and thought that since I had already lost 45 pounds in 3 months that I was OK to stay in Phase 1. It really wasn’t that difficult for me as I was recently pregnant and really paying attention to what I put in my body. Up until now, I have been following Phase 1. Phase 3 – Go completely organic whenever possible.Phase 2 – Make a stronger commitment to real foods in their natural state and eliminate wheat and dairy.Phase 1 – Eliminating processed foods, fried foods, junk foods, sweets, white flour, and sugar. ![]() ![]() (It’s important to note that DDP has not created a diet, but rather a lifelong lifestyle change of eating that happens to have incredible ‘side effects’).
